Delivery (UK only)

• Orders are posted within 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked 24 available on request).
• Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed; cards are sleeved and top-loaded.
• You will receive tracking by email once dispatched.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us to tell us, then return the item within 14 days of that. Sealed items must be returned unopened and in the same condition. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return; return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.
